Disney Destiny is an LNG-powered Wish-class ocean cruise ship operated by Disney Cruise Line. Built by Meyer Werft at Papenburg in Germany, she was delivered on 15 October 2025 and entered passenger service from Port Everglades on 20 November 2025.
The ship measures approximately 341 metres in length and 39 metres across the beam, with a registered gross tonnage of 144,256gt. Disney Destiny has approximately 1,250 guest staterooms, accommodation for about 2,508 passengers at double occupancy and capacity for around 4,000 guests at fuller occupancy. The ship carries approximately 1,555 crew members.
Disney Destiny is the third member of the Wish class, following Disney Wish and Disney Treasure. She uses dual-fuel machinery designed to operate primarily on liquefied natural gas and has podded electric propulsion. Her maximum speed is approximately 24 knots.
The ship has a distinctive Heroes and Villains design theme drawing on Disney, Pixar and Marvel stories. The Grand Hall is inspired by Black Panther, while a heroic Minnie Mouse appears on the bow and Spider-Man and his Spider-Bots feature on the stern.
Exclusive and prominent onboard venues include Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King, De Vil's piano lounge, the Cask & Cannon pub and The Sanctum, a Doctor Strange-inspired lounge. The Walt Disney Theatre presents Disney Hercules, alongside other stage productions, while family attractions include AquaMouse, ten pools and water-play areas, Marvel Super Hero Academy and dedicated children's clubs.
Other dining and entertainment spaces include Worlds of Marvel, 1923, Palo Steakhouse, Enchanté, Haunted Mansion Parlor, Saga and the adults-only Quiet Cove district. Susan Egan, who originated the role of Belle in Disney's Beauty and the Beast on Broadway and voiced Megara in Hercules, serves as the ship's godmother.
Disney Destiny currently operates four- and five-night cruises from Port Everglades to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean. Disney has announced that the ship will begin its first season from Port Canaveral in late 2027. Deployment and onboard offerings may change, so guests should confirm current itineraries and deck plans directly with Disney Cruise Line.
