TUI Cruises has unveiled the complete onboard dining and drinks concept for Mein Schiff Flow, its newest ship, revealing 14 restaurants and bistros alongside 17 bars and lounges as the line continues to build out its InTUItion-class experience.
The centrepiece: a Michelin-starred chef with a digital twist
At the heart of the culinary programme sits FUGU by Tim Raue, a new speciality restaurant blending Singaporean-inspired cuisine with immersive digital storytelling. Developed in collaboration with the Michelin-starred chef, the venue serves a five-course menu paired with wines, accompanied by digital visual presentations designed to complement the food throughout the evening.
Raue said he was drawn to Singaporean cuisine specifically because of how it blends different cultures and influences, adding that the goal at FUGU was to bring that same diversity to life through the venue's digital storytelling format rather than a conventional dinner setting.
The wider restaurant line-up
Beyond FUGU, Mein Schiff Flow's dining roster spans a broad mix of styles and price points. The Atlantik restaurant serves as the ship's main multi-course dining venue, paired with sea views and a more formal atmosphere, while Harbour Market offers a buffet with live preparation stations and flexible dining hours throughout the day.
New to the InTUItion class are Sur Mer Bistrot, a French-inspired venue, and Taverna Dionysos, serving Greek cuisine — both joining existing Mein Schiff staples such as Osteria, the line's pasta and pizza venue. Further speciality options include Høfde, offering Scandinavian-inspired fish and meat dishes, and Chalet – Restaurant & Bar, serving modern Alpine cuisine. The Street Art Bar rounds out Tim Raue's contribution to the ship, serving sushi alongside further signature dishes from the chef.
Seventeen bars, and a new suite-only venue
Mein Schiff Flow's drinks programme is built around 17 bars and lounges, ranging from the Barista Bar for speciality coffee through to the Captain's Bar, which combines sea views with an extensive cocktail selection.
Suite guests gain access to a set of exclusive venues, including the X-Lounge, X-Bar and X-Coast, alongside a newly introduced space called X-View. That venue works on a dual basis: reserved for Junior Suite and Suite guests during the day, it opens to all passengers as a speciality restaurant once evening arrives. TUI Cruises has also expanded its premium beverage offering with two exclusive Mandois champagne cuvées, a Blanc and a Rosé, available in the suite-exclusive areas.
